Odoo ERP, implemented around your industry
We implement, customise and support Odoo for wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, exporters, service firms and institutions across Bangladesh, the United States and Europe. The modules are the same for everyone — what separates a working ERP from an abandoned one is configuring it around how your sector actually operates.
Platforms we build on and integrate with Odoo
Industries we implement Odoo for

Not on the list? The underlying Odoo modules are the same across sectors — what changes is the configuration. Tell us what you run and we will say honestly whether we have done it before.
A software company, not just an ERP reseller
Most Odoo partners can configure standard modules. The projects that go wrong are the ones needing real engineering — a custom module, an integration with the system you already depend on, a migration nobody wants to own. We have been building and shipping commercial software for 11+ years, so that work is routine rather than an escalation.
Engineering depth behind the configuration
Custom modules, APIs and integrations built by developers who ship production software daily — not configured around until the client gives up asking.
A ~40-person team
Cover for holidays, illness, and the person who happened to write your custom module. Named consultants, documented handovers.
Storefront to ledger under one roof
If you sell online, we also build the eCommerce side — our products run on 100,000+ WooCommerce and 20,000+ Shopify stores. One vendor, so nobody can point at the other when something breaks.
We tell you when Odoo is wrong
Discovery is a fit check, not a formality. If your requirement is a poor fit for Odoo, hearing it in week one is cheaper than finding out in month five.
Working with us from the US or Europe
The usual objections to an offshore ERP partner, answered up front.
Procurement and payments
We contract and invoice in USD through our US entity, Brandbes LLC. No foreign-vendor onboarding, no wire-transfer friction.
Time zones
Our team keeps overlapping hours with US and European working days for stand-ups, demos and escalations.
Continuity
Named consultants on your project with documented handovers, backed by a ~40-person team rather than one contractor.
Verification
Our Odoo partner status is public. Check the directory listing before you talk to us, not after.
What these projects actually looked like
Client names are withheld under NDA. We are happy to walk through any of these in detail on a call, and to arrange a reference conversation where the client agrees.
Bangladesh apparel exporter
Buyer-wise costing lived in one person's spreadsheets, so nobody could tell which orders were actually profitable until months after shipment.
Odoo Manufacturing, Purchase and Accounting with variant matrices, buyer-wise costing, and export documentation templates.
Per-order margin visible at quotation stage, and sample-to-shipment tracking consolidated into one system for 200+ staff.
Regional food & beverage distributor
Batch and expiry data was recorded on paper at the warehouse, making recalls slow and stock write-offs impossible to predict.
Odoo Inventory, Purchase, Sales and Quality with lot traceability, FEFO picking, and route-based delivery planning.
Full batch traceability from supplier to delivery note, and expiry write-offs visible weeks ahead instead of at stock-take.
UK home & living retailer
Around 12,000 SKUs across a WooCommerce storefront and three suppliers, with stock levels maintained by hand in spreadsheets. Overselling was routine and month-end close took over a week.
Odoo Inventory, Sales, Purchase and Accounting, plus a two-way WooCommerce connector for orders, stock and refunds.
Stock accuracy moved from roughly 70% to above 98%, and month-end close dropped from 8 days to 2.
Recognise your own operation in any of these?
Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell you whether Odoo fits, which modules you actually need, and roughly what it costs. If it is not a fit, we will say so on the call.
What we deliver
The full lifecycle — and we are equally happy to take on one piece of it, such as an integration or a stalled migration.
Implementation & Configuration
Module selection, chart of accounts, taxes, warehouses, and workflows configured around how your business already runs — not a demo database with your logo on it.
Customisation & Module Development
Custom Odoo modules when the standard behaviour genuinely does not fit. We write upgrade-safe code and document every override so version 20 is not a rewrite.
Data Migration & Upgrades
Moving off spreadsheets, Tally, QuickBooks, or an older Odoo version. You get reconciliation reports before go-live, not after.
Third-Party & Payment Integrations
Payment gateways, couriers and 3PLs, marketplaces, CRM, and bank feeds — connected through documented APIs rather than manual CSV routines.
eCommerce ↔ ERP Integration
For clients who also sell online: Shopify and WooCommerce connected to Odoo for orders, inventory, customers, refunds and payouts. Rare among Odoo-only vendors.
Support, Training & AMS
Post-launch support retainers with agreed response times, user training, and a monthly block of hours for the improvements that always follow go-live.
Modules we implement and customise
What an Odoo project costs
Nobody can quote an ERP accurately from a web page, and any partner who does is guessing. What we can do is show you the entry point and exactly what moves the number, so you know before the first call whether we are in your range.
Fixed-Scope Implementation
A focused rollout — one department or a small module set, with a defined scope and a fixed price.
- Discovery, configuration and workflow setup
- Data migration with reconciliation reports
- User training and supported go-live
- Hypercare through your first month-end close
Dedicated Odoo Team
Larger or evolving rollouts where scope will keep moving and you want to set the priorities.
- Named developer, functional consultant or QA
- Overlapping hours with US and EU time zones
- Scale up or down with 30 days' notice
- Available white-label for agency partners
Support & AMS Retainer
Keeping a live Odoo healthy — fixes, user questions, new requirements and version upgrades.
- Agreed response times by severity
- A monthly block of improvement hours
- Version upgrade planning and testing
- Direct access to the team that built it
What actually moves the number
The entry figure covers a focused, single-department implementation. Most multi-module rollouts land well above it, and these are the six things that decide where.
Module count
Accounting and inventory alone is a very different project from adding manufacturing, POS and payroll.
Users and locations
More roles and more warehouses mean more permission design, training and testing.
Data quality
Clean master data migrates in days. Fifteen years of inconsistent spreadsheets does not.
Customisation
Standard configuration is fast. Custom modules and bespoke reports are where budgets actually move.
Integrations
Each external system — storefront, payment gateway, courier, bank feed — is its own piece of work.
Migration vs greenfield
Coming off a legacy ERP with live transactions costs more than starting clean.
Odoo's own licence fees are separate and paid directly to Odoo. We quote a fixed price after discovery, so you are never signing an open-ended hourly commitment.
How an implementation runs
Indicative timings for a typical core-module implementation. You get specific dates after discovery — and a named deliverable at every stage, so progress is something you can inspect rather than take on trust.
Discovery & Fit Check
We map your current processes, volumes and integrations, then tell you plainly which parts Odoo handles well and which need custom work. If Odoo is the wrong tool for you, we say so here.
Process map, module list, and a fixed-scope proposal
Solution Design
Workflow design, chart of accounts, warehouse and approval structures, and a written specification for every customisation and integration before a line of code is written.
Functional specification you sign off on
Build & Data Migration
Configuration, custom module development, integrations, and migration of your master and historical data into a staging environment you can log into and test.
Staging system plus data reconciliation reports
Training & Go-Live
Role-based training, a parallel run against your existing process, then a supported cutover with our team on hand through your first close.
Trained users, live system, hypercare period
Support & Continuous Improvement
An agreed support retainer covering fixes, user questions, new requirements and version upgrades. The requests always come after go-live — we plan for them.
SLA-backed support and a monthly improvement block
Ways to work with us
Three engagement models, depending on whether you are adopting Odoo yourself or need certified delivery capacity behind your own brand.
Fixed-Scope Implementation
A defined scope, timeline and price agreed after discovery. Best when you know roughly what you need and want budget certainty.
- Fixed price after the discovery phase
- Milestone-based payments
- Hypercare included through first month-end
Dedicated Odoo Team
A named developer, functional consultant and QA working as an extension of your team on a monthly basis, with priorities you set.
- Monthly rate per person
- Overlapping hours with US and EU time zones
- Scale the team up or down with 30 days' notice
White-Label Partner Capacity
We deliver Odoo work under your brand. Useful when you have won an Odoo project and need certified capacity behind it without hiring.
- Your client relationship stays yours
- NDA and subcontracting agreements as standard
- Contracting and USD invoicing through our US entity
Questions we get asked
Are you an official Odoo partner?
Yes. HasTech IT Limited is listed in Odoo's official partner directory as an Odoo Ready partner, and two of our consultants hold current Odoo v19 certifications. Both facts are visible on our directory listing, so you can verify them on odoo.com rather than taking our word for it — the link is at the top of this page.
Which industries do you implement Odoo for?
Trade and distribution, retail and POS, manufacturing and maintenance, garments and apparel, agro and food processing, construction, logistics, professional services, education, healthcare and pharmaceutical, NGOs, and the public sector. Wholesale, retail and manufacturing make up the bulk of Odoo deployments generally, and of our own work. If your sector is not listed, ask — the underlying modules are the same and what changes is the configuration.
Do you work with businesses outside Bangladesh?
Yes. We deliver for clients in Bangladesh, the United States and Europe. Our team keeps overlapping hours with US and EU time zones for daily calls, and we can contract and invoice in USD through our US entity, which removes most of the procurement friction of working with an offshore vendor.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused implementation on core modules typically runs 8–10 weeks. Multi-entity, manufacturing-heavy or integration-heavy rollouts run 3–6 months. We give you a specific timeline at the end of the discovery phase, before you commit to the build.
What does it cost?
It depends on module count, user count, data complexity and how much customisation you genuinely need. We quote a fixed price after discovery so you are not signing an open-ended hourly commitment. Odoo's own licence fees are separate and paid directly to Odoo.
Can you migrate our data from spreadsheets or an older system?
Yes — spreadsheets, Tally, QuickBooks, legacy ERPs, and older Odoo versions. You get reconciliation reports comparing source and destination balances before go-live, so discrepancies surface while they are still cheap to fix.
Can you connect Odoo to our Shopify or WooCommerce store?
Yes, and it is unusually strong ground for us. Alongside our services team we build and maintain commercial eCommerce products used by more than 100,000 WooCommerce stores and 20,000 Shopify stores, so the storefront side is our own territory rather than something we subcontract. We handle orders, inventory sync, customers, refunds and payout reconciliation in both directions.
Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, or self-hosted?
All three, and we will recommend one based on how much custom code you need. Odoo Online is simplest but does not allow custom modules; Odoo.sh suits most customised deployments; self-hosting makes sense when you have specific data residency or infrastructure requirements.
What happens after go-live?
Every implementation includes a hypercare period through your first month-end close. After that, most clients move to a support retainer covering fixes, user questions, new requirements and version upgrades with agreed response times.
Do you take on rescue projects from another partner?
Yes, and it is a meaningful share of our work. We start with a paid audit of the existing configuration and custom code so you get an honest assessment of what is salvageable before deciding whether to repair or rebuild.
Talk to an Odoo team that has done this before
Tell us what you run today — spreadsheets, a legacy ERP, or a storefront that does not talk to your back office. We will tell you honestly whether Odoo fits, which modules you actually need, and what a realistic timeline and budget look like. No obligation, no sales script.
