6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is due according to the billing terms specified in your subscription or order
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy or as required by law
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HasTech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
